THE IGROW CUP

IGROW GOLF'S WEEK LONG COMPETITIVE SUMMER EXPERIENCE

WE DIDN'T INVENT THE OVERNIGHT GOLF CAMP,
WE JUST MADE IT BETTER.

The Experience

THE PERFECT BLEND OF INSTRUCTION AND COMPETITION.

TEAM BASED CHALLENGES

The iGrow Cup brings an experience unmatched by any other golf camp. During the week juniors compete in a Ryder Cup simulation. The iGrow Cup also provides campers with the opportunity to take on challenges inspired by shows like “The Big Break” on the Golf Channel. Teams will compete in daily challenges to overcome infamous obstacles like the flop wall and glass breaking.

DAILY GOLF INSTRUCTION

Our goal for the week is to get your junior better, faster. The juniors will get 3 hours of golf training each day where our coaches cover each area of the game – from full swing driver & irons, to pitching, chipping, putting and bunker play. Our coaches make minimal changes that the students can implement before the end of the week to enable them to hit some of the best shots of their lives by the time their parents arrive.

MODERN TECHNOLOGY + ANALYSIS

The iGrow Cup participants will be measured by our arsenal of over $40,000 in golf equipment. Juniors will be analyzed by the Trackman and FlightScope ball launch monitors, and will also have their swings recorded with high-speed video. Our coaches use the information gathered to make the best changes so that your junior is playing better golf in just six days.

GOLF FITNESS + NUTRITION

We believe that every golfer is an athlete and should train like one. Juniors who participate in the iGrow Cup will begin every day with golf fitness exercises and go through physical testing to allow them to find weaknesses. Coaches and trainers will inform the juniors on how they can exercise to increase power in the golf swing and keep their body in healthy condition. This includes sports nutrition education as well.

What skill level should my junior be to participate?

The iGrow Cup fosters a team based competitive environment. This Summer Experience is designed for the intermediate to advanced golfers who have some playing and competitive experience. Our main concern is not necessarily skill level, but that the junior is ready to play in a competitive environment. All events are a fun team based format and we do our best to match skill levels in each competition.

How do you select which teams the juniors are put on?

When your junior registers there will be a player profile that you will need to fill out.  Based on the information you provide we try to make the teams as even as possible with skill levels.  We also look at the teams from a social perspective to ensure there are no gaps in ages.

How do the teams earn points?

During the week the juniors will compete in 9 team challenges.  The winners of these challenges will earn points.  The team with the most points at the end of the week is declared the winner of the iGrow Cup.

coaches & instruction

How much golf instruction will my child be receiving?

The iGrow Cup is designed to not only give the juniors a unique experience competing in a team based Ryder Cup Style Format, but to also allow them to receive high quality instruction from our program directors and coaches. The juniors will receive around 3-4 hours of golf instruction per day and will also play a minimum of 65 holes of golf throughout the week! You can only do so much golf, so we also incorporate non-golf activities, challenges, and give juniors a choice after lunch each day if they would like to do golf or another activity so they don’t get burned out throughout the week.

Our team of coaches and counselors is made up of males and females who are not only great golfers, but have a passion for coaching juniors. From PGA Professionals & Apprentices to Division 1 College Golfers, each coach brings a unique skill set that can influence your juniors golfing career for years to come! You can learn more about our team above.

What will my junior learn about golf?
